From Operations Data to Investor-Ready Story

NoCo Pest & Wildlife Control grew Q1 revenue 60.2% year-over-year across three Texas markets. We built the data infrastructure — acquisition automation, retention tracking, and full-funnel attribution — that makes that growth legible to operators, investors, and buyers.

The Challenge

Great Operations, Invisible Data

Most service area businesses run their operations well. Revenue is in the field service CRM. Ad data lives in Meta and Google. Website analytics are in GA4. Reviews are on Google Business Profile. None of it talks to each other.

When NoCo came to us, they had a growing operation but no unified view of how a Facebook ad connected to a booked appointment, or how a recurring customer's lifetime value compared to their original acquisition cost. They couldn't answer the questions investors and PE buyers ask.

We built a three-layer data system — acquisition automation, operational retention data, and unified attribution — that gives them the full picture.

What We Built

The SAB Data Stack

Three integrated layers that connect the first ad impression to the recurring customer — and package that story for investors.

Layer 1 — Acquisition

Facebook Command Center

A Python-driven CLI and automation layer built directly on the Meta Marketing API. We manage geo-segmented campaigns across all three Texas markets, generate UTM-tagged URLs at creation time, and pull live performance data—impressions, CTR, CPC, cost-per-lead—into a unified reporting layer.

  • Campaign creation and lifecycle management via CLI
  • UTM parameter generation baked into every ad
  • Daily performance pulls with 6-hour caching
  • Geo-segmented targeting: Houston, Dallas/FW, Granbury
  • Full Meta API integration — no third-party middleware
Layer 2 — Retention & Operations

FieldRoutes Integration

NoCo runs on FieldRoutes as their field service CRM. We integrated it directly into the analytics layer — pulling appointment data, service type breakdown, recurring revenue cadence, and customer lifetime data. This closes the loop between a Facebook click and a paid recurring service.

  • Customer and appointment data synced to dashboard
  • Service type distribution: general pest, wildlife, mosquito
  • Recurring vs. initial service revenue split
  • Callback and cancellation tracking for efficiency metrics
  • Revenue-per-customer trends over time
Layer 3 — Attribution & Intelligence

Unified Analytics Dashboard

A Streamlit-powered dashboard integrating six data sources into a single pane of glass. Leadership sees the full funnel — from search impression to signed recurring customer — with the attribution clarity that PE firms and buyers demand.

  • Google Analytics 4 — sessions, sources, user behavior
  • Google Search Console — impressions, CTR, keyword ranking
  • Google Business Profile — map views, calls, direction requests
  • Meta Ads — spend, leads, cost-per-acquisition by campaign
  • Google Ads — keyword performance, conversions, search vs. display
  • FieldRoutes — appointments, revenue, service mix

The Bigger Picture

Data That Tells the Full Story

A $252K quarter is meaningful. But the story investors and PE buyers actually care about is the system behind it — proven CAC, recurring revenue mix, market-by-market unit economics, and a clear expansion playbook.

The data stack we built doesn't just track performance. It produces the attribution clarity that lets operators answer hard questions: Which campaign drove this customer? What's the LTV of a wildlife customer vs. a general pest customer? What does it cost to replicate Houston in a new market?

Those answers are what turn a good business into a compelling investment.

Built for Service Area Businesses

Pest to Pools. The Same System Works.

We built this data stack for pest control, but the architecture is the same for any service area business with recurring revenue — lawn care, pool service, HVAC, wildlife removal, home services. If you operate in service areas and you want acquisition, retention, and attribution data that tells a compelling story, this is the system.
